The Opportunity

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations at our Hallmark on the Park and Hallmark on the Lake Independent and Assisted Living communities, ensuring residents’ well-being while cultivating a positive and supportive environment for our team members.
About The Role
*This is a temporary employment arrangement for a duration of 12 months.
As the General Manager, you’ll lead the planning, organizing, and supervision of all clinical, administrative, and resident services while upholding Baptist Housing’s mission and values. Your role includes ensuring the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of residents are met through a person-centered Wellness Model. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain occupancy, support the activities team in delivering enriching programs, and work with maintenance to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment. Financial management is key, as you prepare budgets, oversee expenditures, and ensure effective resource use. You will actively engage with community partners, uphold health and safety standards, and support team development through leadership and mentoring. Through your leadership, you will create a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture, contributing to the safety and well-being of both residents and team members.
Requirements
A minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in business administration, social sciences, or health care administration.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administration/management capacity in a seniors' independent living setting, hospitality, or service setting.
OFA Level 1 or Equivalent.
Current registration with the BCCNM is preferred.
The General Manager is also in a position of Christian ministry and Christian leadership within Baptist Housing. The person holding this position will sign and align with the Statement of Faith of Baptist Housing.

We offer a competitive compensation package, featuring an annual salary range between $85,000 to $100,000. You will be welcomed into a collaborative environment where support for you is prioritized.
