Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities: - Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team. - Experienced behavioral health nurses and Overflow unit assist the team in caring for non-emergency patients - Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner. - Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes - Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery. Emergency Room Nurse Requirements: - Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting. Preferred candidates will possess 2 years of critical care experience. - Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
