CMM Operator/Programmer Pay: $28-$32 Job Description Set up and programming optical CMM devices, and managing inspection files. The ideal candidate should have experience with GD&T, digital measuring devices, and CAD/CAM software.
Responsibilities - Program and operate optical CMM devices for precise inspections.
- Create, update, and manage inspection files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct thorough laser production inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Perform process capability analysis to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Laser Department on various tasks and provide inspection support as needed.
- Work directly with operators, assisting them with their parts.
- Participate in longer-term quality projects, including reorganization and process improvement.
- Champion the inspection process by writing and modifying inspection programs.
- Convert customer files and write corresponding inspection programs.
Essential Skills - Experience programming CMMs.
- Proficiency in GD&T.
- Experience with digital gauges and comparators.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with Solidworks software is a plus.

Work Environment The position operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
