Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/16/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Skills: 1 year experience - Critical Care/ Cardiac or ED BLS - Required RN License - Required ACLS - Required PALS - Required for pediatric ER only 2 years minimum ED nursing. no first time travel contracts ED's comparable to size and volume (140beds, about 350 patients daily) comfortable with a 7:1 nursing ratio Comfortable with critical patients (STEMIS, Stroke, Intubations, cardiac medication titrations) EPIC documentation (NOT REQUIRED BUT ENCOURAGED) Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred Certifications & Licenses: ACLS BLS RN License Travelers will not work in trauma. Travelers will not work in triage. Travelers will not work in our locked psych unit.
