Job Description: Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, backgrounds, reports, and other personnel matters through the HR Service Center (myHR). Facilitate background checks for AVP-level promotions, focal promotions, executives, including internal time sensitive project backgrounds. ct as a liaison and resource for the Global Talent Acquisition team regarding our background check procedures and policy. Support audit processes (gathering data, etc. for government reporting, including EEOC, AAP, VETS, Pay Data submissions and other audits). Oversee the Workday Inbox for transfers, job changes, promotions, off-cycle compensation changes, off-cycle stock grants, cost center changes, and location adjustments. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on departmental needs. Required Skills: Proven experience in HR operations, particularly with Workday, ServiceNow, and First Advantage or equivalent. Strong understanding of government reporting requirements and compliance standards.
