Key Roles as a Call Center Associate - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone call, text message, and email
- Follow up with leads acquired through our digital marketing efforts
- Assist clients with booking appointments and navigating our services
- Provide information about Restore's wellness services and products
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service
- Stay up-to-date with our services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
Qualifications - You're a health and wellness enthusiast and have a passion for fitness.
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You have strong problem-solving abilities and can handle challenging situations with ease.
- You are comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center technologies.
- You have a passion for sales
- You have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree is plus, but not required.
