Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants/Home Health Aides to join our team at Benchmark at Rye. As a CNA/HHA, you will provide exceptional care to our residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
