Position Overview

As a Store Sales Associate, you'll create positive shopping experiences for our diverse community of customers and donors while supporting our retail operations and community-focused mission.

Pay Rate: $13.00/Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting customers
• Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system
• Manage personal cash drawer, including opening, closing, and balancing duties
• Maintain store appearance through cleaning, organizing, and restocking
• Meet daily production goals through merchandise processing and display
• Support donation processing and merchandising efforts
• Create a positive shopping environment
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or currently pursuing
• Strong English communication skills for effective customer and team interactions
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn new systems
• Strong math skills for accurate transaction handling
• Flexibility to work various schedules
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
• Reliable and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to move throughout the store
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and maintain store appearance

Training & Development

• Comprehensive POS system training provided
• Expected POS system proficiency within 3 months
