This is an entry level role at Flexport as Warehouse Associate you will perform steady and standard workload, The role includes performing various job roles in a rotation, reacting to lights and sounds should deviations occur, and communication with shift leads to ensure any deviations of product that are detected are reported in a timely manner. The role includes picking, packing, sorting shipping, and receiving of various products. They are currently looking to bring on a team player to fill an exciting role as a Warehouse Associate . If your job search requires a positive environment with team support youve just been matched!Location and Placement:The position will be located in Phillipsburg, NJWork Hours : 7am to 5pmSUNDAY TO WEDNESDAYMONDAY TUESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAYWEDNESDAY TO SATURDAYCASUAL Warehouse AttireProtective shoes: not requiredPay Range : 18.50Key Responsibilities:Receive and put away inventoryPack and ship orders according to customer specificationsLoad boxes into trucks for shipmentMaintain accurate inventory recordsScan and label inventory itemsOrganize and store inventory in a safe and efficient mannerTroubleshoot problemsOperate and maintain warehouse equipmentKeep the warehouse clean and organizedFollow all safety proceduresReport any safety hazards or concerns immediatelyCommunicate effectively with other warehouse team membersQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environmentLift up to 49 poundsPush utility cards up to 60 poundsUse carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items aroundGo up and down stairs (where applicable)Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to follow instructions and work safelyIf you have the above experience and are immediately available, please APPLY NOW for consideration.Questions?
