WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU  Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, Customer Experience and Purchasing, you will play a key role in optimizing our purchasing. Your primary mission: to ensure quality, on-time delivery and cost control for our procurement. You will plan, organize and improve the activities of the purchasing department, while collaborating with a dynamic team.
In a nutshell, here's what you'll be doing with your time
Negotiate and manage strategic agreements with suppliers to ensure reliable, efficient and cost-effective supply.
Adjust and prepare purchase orders according to production needs.
Analyze and manage inventories to optimize costs and lead times.
Monitor deliveries and manage relations with suppliers and subcontractors.
Participate in the evaluation of material and subcontracting prices for new customer projects, in order to identify the most advantageous offer.
Develop and evaluate new sources of supply, while keeping abreast of market trends.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose process improvements.
Monitor supplier performance and adjust strategies in the event of deviations (costs, lead times, quality).
Update and analyze departmental performance indicators.
