Job Description:

• Responsibilities:
  • Promote and enforce safety and health programs.
  • Adhere to company and department policies and procedures.
  • Operate communication equipment effectively.
  • Dispatch service personnel to respond to outages and emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate outage records and records of abnormal and defective equipment for distribution facilities.
• Requirements:
  • Associate degree in electrical or electronic technology, or a Bachelor of Science in any field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and maintain high availability for call-out response.
  • Ability to work under pressure during critical system conditions and handle diverse situations simultaneously.
  • Must pass required pre-employment tests, including Support and Administrative (SASS), Basic Data Entry & System Operation Power Dispatching (SOPD)
