Director of Finance & Administration Opportunity
  • Our client is a stable, small non-for-profit organization with over $30 million in funding and they are seeking an Director of Finance & Administration to join their team and support the mission of the organization

  • Currently is on a hybrid schedule in their downtown Manhattan office

Director of Finance & Administration Responsibilities
  • Managing all Financial entities including AP, grant payments, annual audit, reconciliation's, and presenting financials to the Board
  • Managing Human resource records, administering payroll, benefits programs, coordinating the 403B plan
  • Managing the grants and contracts database, develop foundation strategies, monitor the grants budgets, and supporting grantee's
  • Comfortable picking up reception phone calls, engaging with philanthropy, liaising with building management and facilities - A TEAM PLAYER
Director of Finance & Administration Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong Excel & Budgeting skills
  • Must 'buy in' to their mission
  • NFP experience is a plus
