Ensuring that the entire attack surface is both defended and managed in real time.As a Customer Business Partner at Armis, you’ll play a key role in managing the renewal process of our fast-growing customer base while working closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives.As a relatively new team, you will be instrumental in helping to build our process around renewals management and advocate for process updates to improve operational efficiency. We pride ourselves on giving you the room to stretch and grow professionally while helping us make significant improvements to our renewal program.What you will do...Oversee all assigned contract renewals to ensure timely and accurate executionEnlist the efforts of Customer Success Managers and senior management when necessary to accelerate the contract renewal process, mitigate identified risk, and ensure customer satisfactionOwn contract processes to close - including renewal CTA management, quote creation, maintaining Salesforce opportunity records, sending of order forms, forecasting renewals outcomes, and tracking progress of signature to close.Work with CSM team to identify at-risk accounts and put together a strategy to secure the renewal, as neededPartner with CS Ops and Sales Ops to communicate challenges in our current renewal process and advocate for improvements to increase our operational efficiencyEstablish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers, both via phone and email. This includes objection-handling and problem-solving when customers request discounts, indicate they don’t want to renew, alert us that they’re evaluating competing solutions, etc.What we expect...4-6 years experience in a Sales, Customer Success, or Renewals Management roleIntellectually curious self-starter with a knack for problem-solvingExperience with negotiation and discussing pricing termsExperience in a customer-facing roleHas managed a book of business or prospect target list effectivelyComfortable with a high volume of accounts and live engagements with prospects/customersFamiliarity with contracts, terms of service, and legal issuesClear and effective communicator, adept at both written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholdersPhenomenal organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with Salesforce (particularly working with the ‘opportunity’ object)Gainsight experience preferredExperience with Forecasting tools is ideal (e.g. Domo)Ability to work effectively with many different personalities and cultures.We know there is a lot to consider when applying for a new job, and quite often job descriptions provide a lot of detail for candidates… but here at Armis, we strongly encourage you to try to avoid the confidence gap.
