POSITION OPPORTUNITY
The Process Planner is responsible for creating routine travelers in accordance with cleaning processes and procedures designed to ensure attainment of cleanliness levels and other criteria for customer's hardware and components. This position will find success by creating a majority of travelers in 24-hour period, while ensuring the most efficient and efficacious results.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Create Travels for routine requirements, ensuring that they meet customers specifications, Astro Pak QMS, and AS9100 requirements
• Enter data using computer software to generate travelers, certs and labels with 100% accuracy
• Read and understand Astro Pak process documents and customer specifications
• Perform accurate mathematical calculations for surface area, as well as cleanliness verification sampling volume and plans
• Develop traveler templates with the support of Process Engineers
• Resolve discrepancies between customer PO and specification and/or AS9100 requirements
• Support production planning, scheduling, and capacity analysis
• Support data entry for receiving, estimating, and other departments
• All other responsibilities assigned by Lead or Manager
• Analyze and manage data and projects in compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or a minimum 2 years of job related experience.
• MUST MEET ITAR (US citizen or green card holder)
