Job Description Primary Function of Position The primary function for this position is to lead Warehouse Operations and any related activities to efficiently support continuity of supply. Manage and control all Raw Materials requirements among all production areas, assuring system transactions accuracy and processes efficiency.
Essential Job Duties - Will be the first level of escalation for Material Handlers, when need to solve issues related with daily operation.
- Lead and coordinate Material Handlers to meet daily operation targets following material handling policies.
- Responsible for supporting on new hire trainings, current processes are properly documented, active procedures are properly followed, and all personnel is properly trained on up-to-date procedures.
- Keep the equipment in good conditions and report any damage detected.
- Ensure the use of personal protective equipment and follow safety policies.
- Always ensure daily discipline and comply with company labor policies.
- Responsible to meet Over Time targets.
- Make sure working areas are clean, organized, and accident risks free.
- Sales Order Fulfillment: Fulfilling and transacting Sales Orders and Service Transfer Orders.
- Review existing operational and process discrepancies in the warehouse and provide technical expertise to improve procedures
Qualifications Required Education - Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills and Experience - Minimum 2+ years as Material Handler or similar.
- Basic Knowledge of Supply Chain Process and Inventory Control.
- Basic computer experience including MS Office products such as Excel, Word, Power Point and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Experience at identifying improvement opportunities.
- Passionate commitment to customer service, demonstrated consistently and appropriately when interacting with business partners, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects successfully.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic English - Spoken and Written.
