Overall Responsibilities: Under general guidance, responsible for development of project elements such as research, graphics, space programming, site development, and writing consistent with project scope, and managing own time consistent with project schedule. The entry-level planner will be an integral member of the team focused on diverse and exciting Campus Master Plans.

Responsibilities: - Involvement in all phases of the planning process including analysis, space programming, site planning, concept development, and final documentation
- Conduct research for projects and prepare base map information
- Produce supporting graphics, presentations, and planning documentation
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex planning and design issues
- Resolve site planning and programming issues
- Develop a space program and site concept under general guidance
- Meet deadlines for client deliverables
Requirements: The list below describes the optimal qualifications of the entry-level planner to meet typical project needs. Applicants are encouraged to apply for the position if they meet most of these attributes:
- Clear graphic communication and storytelling (informational graphics production; layout for presentations, reports, and engagement materials; mapping, 2D and 3D diagrams)
- Knowledge of and comfort with Adobe Suite workflow (AI, INDD) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with spatial analysis workflow and software (ESRI, ArcGIS)
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to support data-informed planning processes
- Strong written and verbal communication (planning reports, and day-to-day communication)
- 0-5 years of experience with a degree in planning or a related field, or equivalate experience required
