The Inventory Specialist moves a wide variety of parts, materials and product through the organization and documents the parts and material movement in the ERP system. Supports company goals regarding inventory accuracy. Job Responsibilities Ability to use material moving equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and dollies to bring products and materials to an appropriate location Receives materials into the organization and verifies materials against purchase orders to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Participates in routing, counting and inspecting items while loading and unloading trucks. delivers and returns items. Performs cycle counts based on the count plan from the ERP system. Identifies root cause of cycle count discrepancies and recommends corrective action. Monitors inventory and reports quantity discrepancies to supervisor or manager. Issues material required-skills: Job Requirements Minimum 2 YEARS warehouse inventory experience Able to work 10 to 12 hour shifts Able to twist, lift, carry, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs.
