As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, coordinating with healthcare teams, and performing various clinical procedures, including IV insertions. As a Registered Nurse for this facility, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do: Administering IV Therapies: Prepare and administer IV medications, fluids, and nutrients. Patient Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs. Pain Management Support: Collaborate with physicians to manage and alleviate patient pain. Clinical Procedures: Perform and assist with various clinical procedures, such as IV insertions, catheter placements, and monitoring. Patient Education and Communication: Educate patients about their treatment plans, pain management techniques, and post-procedure care. A few must-haves for the Registered Nurses: * Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Arizona * Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience. * Knowledge of state and federal health regulations * Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion This is a Direct-To-Hire position with immediate availability. The hours are Monday to Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
