  • REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years minimum for client offer, 3 years for Aya Offer Traveler Experience: Unit accepts first time traveler ONLY if they have Cerner experience Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Does not accept candidates within 50 miles of facility Skills: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias Certs: BCLS PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Cerner JOB DETAILS: Target Ratios: 1:4-5 Shift: 4x12 Nights 18:45-7:15 Call Requirement: None Float Requirement: Float to all sister units Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Total Hip, total knee, total shoulder, hip fracture, spine surgery, trauma surgery, General medical/surgical overflow SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Charge nurse, Nurse Navigator Common meds: Hydromorphone PCA, Epidurals High volume discharges and admissions daily. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Baxter IV pumps, SIGMA Spectrum Infusion System UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Omnicell, Cerner SCRUBS: Navy Blue
