As a Human Resources Coordinator at our client's Distribution Center, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive HR support to their employees. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic environment and is committed to fostering a positive workplace.
Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage and safeguard confidential information while performing complex administrative functions
- Oversee and support various HR programs, including new hire onboarding, benefits orientation and workers' compensation claims
- Prepare and compile information for diverse reports and maintain accurate employee and company records
- Provide administrative support to department leadership and other stakeholders as needed
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers through effective communication and problem-solving
- Adapt to changing priorities and perform any additional duties as assigned
Human Resources Coordinator Requirements: - 3+ years of current administrative experience in customer-facing roles (both internal and external)
- 2+ years of HR experience with a solid grasp of HR terminology and processes
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, judgment and a thorough understanding of company policies and employment laws
- Proven capability to multitask effectively and produce precise, timely results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking and use of a keyboard and mouse
- Occasional lifting or carrying of materials/products up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a multi-temperature warehouse environment, including freezers, coolers and dry storage areas, with temperatures ranging from 20 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
