Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesnnPrime Services provides securities financing, securities lending, futures and OTC swap clearing along with other services (securities clearance and settlement, asset servicing reporting and technology, risk management tools) to the firm's hedge fund, institutional and broker dealer clients across multiple asset classes (equity, options, credit, FX, futures, OTC clearing and synthetics). Client Service Representatives (CSR's) serve as the primary point of contact for CFOs, COOs, accounting and operations professionals at these clients to actively monitor leverage, risk, performance, etc., CSR's also consult with their clients on new reporting and technology applications to enhance portfolio management, investment advisory, and operational efficiency. CSR's liaise and leverage all of the functional areas of the firm to deliver the resources and solutions that meet our client's needs.nnJob Function:nnRelationship management including regular client visitsnCross selling of other firm productsnStrong client service orientationnLiaise with legal, compliance, operations and trading teams on client issuesnUnderstand client reporting needsnTrain clients on new technology & reportingnProvide margin oversight for clientsnEnsure start-up process for new accounts goes smoothlynUnderstand listed equity and fixed income productsnUnderstand futures and cleared derivatives as well as equity OTC derivativesnnBasic Qualifications:nnBachelor's DegreenMinimum 1-3 years relevant experience (i.e. prime brokerage, futures, clearing, controllers, operations)nStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsnTeam PlayernExperience with Listed Options, Futures or Electronic TradingnnPreferred Qualifications:nnAbility to interface with internal and external operations groupsnAttention to detailnResults orientednAbility to react quickly to meet intra-day deadlinesnFocus on Risk ManagementnStrong ability to multi-task and self-starternnSalary RangenThe expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$225000.
