About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead the team in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role involves leading a team of customer success managers, owning key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through renewals and expansion opportunities. The VP will also be the voice of the customer within the organization, representing customer feedback and insights across various functions. Applicants for the Vice President of Customer Success position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, with at least 12 years' experience in customer success or account management. The role requires a strong people manager with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, as well as the ability to develop and implement customer success strategies that align with business goals. A commitment to customer satisfaction and experience in implementing feedback loops and advocacy programs are essential. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to operate cross-functionally to influence decision-making are also key qualifications. Experience in sectors such as smart buildings, property tech, energy management, or IoT is preferred.
