About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director/VP of Customer Experience to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive customer experience strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer-centric initiatives that align with the company's goals and meet the needs of clients. This role involves overseeing the implementations team to ensure the seamless onboarding and integration of AI-driven solutions, as well as building and scaling customer success and support teams to proactively address customer needs and ensure their ongoing success. The Director/VP will also act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering insights to drive product improvements and fostering strong relationships with key clients to facilitate the adoption of additional products and services. Applicants for the Director/VP of Customer Experience position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in customer experience, customer success, or support roles, with a preference for those with a background in B2B SaaS or AI-focused companies. Leadership skills are essential, as the role involves building and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong customer-centric mindset. Experience in the construction industry or similar sectors is a plus.
