About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Vice President of Customer Engagement to spearhead the growth and innovation of our Customer Success department. Your mission will be to cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensure they achieve their desired outcomes, and identify opportunities for upselling our services. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and expanding our customer success team, both locally and offshore, while providing exceptional support to our large enterprise clients.

You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, so self-motivation and independent decision-making are key. You will partner closely with our sales, program management, and implementation teams to deliver exceptional customer journeys, execute effective engagement campaigns, and drive high ROI and retention levels.

To excel in the VP of Customer Engagement role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and bring at least 10 years of experience in customer success within startup environments. A strong technical foundation, particularly in addressing complex issues related to APIs and webhooks, is crucial alongside a data-driven mindset and proficiency with reporting and analytics tools.

Your ability to engage with customers consultatively, combined with a successful history in driving satisfaction and retention, will set you apart. We are looking for a results-oriented leader with a keen commercial sense to spot and seize upselling opportunities. Key metrics for success in this position will include customer retention rates, account growth, and overall satisfaction levels.
