Customer Service Agent

Onsite in Newark, NJ

Hourly Rate: $16.50/hr

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
  • Able to work from 10:15 PM to 7:15 AM any day of the week.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers. Your responsibilities include answering calls, providing essential product information, and helping customers effectively. You will be informative, empathetic, and responsive to customer needs, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address all customer inquiries related to tolling and administration, utilizing training and available resources.
  • Identify and confirm customer needs to deliver complete and accurate information.
  • Process transactions through our mainframe or web-based applications.
  • Submit research requests in a clear and precise manner.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of company policies and client programs.
  • Communicate effectively with warmth and empathy.
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards to ensure information is shared only with authorized individuals.
  • Assist coworkers during peak times or in their absence.

  • Commitment to maintaining 100% attendance during three to five weeks of paid training.
