WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKEnnAssists in loading trailer with materials.nUnloads trailer by using forklift or hand truck.nTransports loads over required route to proper destinations.nObtains shipping bills and necessary signatures.nReturns completed paperwork to the shipping office.nRemoves empty skids from trailer truck and carries them to designated piling area.nPerforms miscellaneous service duties on vehicle including checking oil, water, gasoline and air in tires on a daily basis.nProvides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.nOther work-related duties as assigned by leader.nRegular and reliable attendance is required.nFollows all company policies and procedures.nnEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEnnClass A or B CDL is required.nHazmat & Tanker endorsements are preferred.nnSKILLS & REQUIREMENTSnnAbility to read, write and speak in English is required.nnCommunicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.nnSuccessful completion of a drug test and background checknnis required for all positions at Helena.nnWORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOBnnAt Helena, safety is our highest priority. We seek out extensive safety measures and put them in place to minimize exposure to anything that could be potentially harmful to our employees.nnThe work environment for this position is a warehouse/outdoor environment where the noise level is usually moderate to loud and occasionally very loud. In this position, you will work outdoors in all types of weather conditions with exposure to outdoor elements.
