Position Overview:
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative , you'll be our valued patients' first point of contact. You'll handle inbound calls, help schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Whether scheduling new patient appointments or assisting with existing patient needs, every day brings new opportunities to make an impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a fast-paced, inbound call center or customer service role (1+ years in the past 12 months)
- Strong communication skills : Clear, professional, and empathetic voice for connecting with patients
- A sales-driven mindset : Convert inquiries into appointments and ensure the best care for our patients
- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills : Ability to think quickly on your feet and take action independently
- Customer-focused attitude : We're looking for people who are passionate about providing excellent service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
What You'll Do: - Answer and assist inbound calls from new and existing patients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between offices and staff
- Assist patients by answering questions, transferring calls, and updating account information
- Work with multiple dental systems to efficiently manage appointment schedules
- Maintain call quality standards and meet call center KPIs
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring every patient feels valued
Work Hours: - Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shift)

- Hourly compensation between 17-20/hr DOE
- Predictable schedule working Monday-Friday 8a-5 pm
Requirements
- 1+ years of recent experience as a Call Center Representative or in an administrative role
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Medical setting experience is a plus but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for customer service and helping others!
Salary Description
Starting at 17.50/hr
