Job Description - This is an hourly production position. Employee must be able to operate forklift equipment and be prepared to meet production standards and specifications. Employee is also responsible for the safe and efficient performance of assigned tasks.
1. Must be able to receive written and oral instructions as to specs, procedures, tolerances, and various construction and quality requirements.
2. Follow standard practices and perform all work necessary to promptly and accurately obtain quality and quantity production, follow plant Safety policies, Plant policies, Environmental policies, and keep work areas neat, clean and orderly.
3. Must be able to effectively communicate with supervision, other personnel, and any supplying department supervision.
4. Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor or Department Manager. 5. Must posses a Qualification Matrix score of 3 or more in the assigned warehouse and in the sister warehouse
6. Ability to work in Assigned Warehouse unsupervised
7. Must be a Senior Material Handler
8. Must have leadership and drive qualities
9. Very good WMS knowledge
Qualifications - This is an internal only positions. External applicants will not be considered.

Additional Information Ensure delivery and service quality towards customers.
- Help to perform receipt, storage, production delivery, and tracking of raw material both domestically and internationally including document preparation
- Verify delivery quantities and dates with production
- Effectively perform operations with Quality. Ensure compliance to all mandatory requirements including Safety, Environmental, ISO, Quality, Plant policy, Corporate Policy, housekeeping, etc.
- Complete special tasked assigned by RM Warehouse Supervisor & Warehouse Manager.
- Perform all warehouse functions according to Continental Quality Management.
- Strive for optimal quality, costs and customer satisfaction - good SAP/ Bin Management skills
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing necessary BIN utilization activity, Tire Age, etc. Help to successfully execute cycle count and physical inventory activities.- Maintain 5S standard throughout all warehouse areas and functions.
- Adhere to all ESH rules and regulations
- very strong leadership skills
