What Brought You Here: Pay: $19/hr. depending on experience Shift Days and Hours - 1st shift, 3:00am - 11:30am, 8-10 hours per day, Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays Benefits starting DAY ONE! Who You Are:The Ideal candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, ability to coordinate several tasks concurrently, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work in a very fast-paced and deadline driven environment. 2+ year(s) manufacturing experience required along with prior Crane Operator experience. Glass industry experience a plus. What You Will Be Doing: Operate a remote overhead crane. Observe all workplace safety rules and regulations. Move pallets, goods, and other objects to the appropriate areas. Work and communicate with supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Inspect equipment and fill out service requests, as necessary. Able to move between different departments for cross-training. Skills You Bring: Experience in the glass fabrication industry preferred, but not required. Prior experience with overhead crane equipment preferred, but not required. Forklift experience or a forklift operator license preferred, but not required. Ability to read measuring equipment (measuring tape, rulers, gauges, etc.). Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Ability to read and follow instructions and workflows. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to meet schedule and performance expectations. Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout your shift. Strong communication skills.
