This position will support LM Aeronautics Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM) programs such as C-130J, LM-100J, C5 Galaxy and P-3 Orion, to include Engineering development, Fabrication / Production of aircraft and retrofit kitting Sustainment and Fleet Modification operations. Candidate for this position will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new and existing developments programs as well as Program Summary Master Schedules. Experience in facilitating support for various tasks from the initial phase to completion. A proven ability to be a major contributor in developing/authoring a plan that describes the project is required. The position also requires appropriate responsiveness to program challenges or changes in scope or tasks and modifying the Master Schedule accordingly. Experience in following-up with issues not immediately resolved in a timely manner, ensuring stakeholders are aware of revised direction. The position requires a sense of urgency, getting results in a fast-paced environment. Possess the ability to effectively prioritize work to address competing or changing demands/resources. The successful candidate will resolve schedule conflicts while ensuring adherence to established processes. The selected candidate must have solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and purposes. They must be able to keep stakeholders well informed, listen carefully and incorporate feedback as appropriate and clearly express ideas and concepts. This position will interface with various levels inside the AMMM Program and requires the ability and willingness to provide efficient, quality products and services to a broad mix of internal customers. Computer competency is required as a variety of mainframe, web-based, and desk top applications are used. (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Project) Experience in implementing efficiency improvements in processes/procedures is highly desirable. Prefer individual with experience in establishing and/or maintaining the critical path of a program in a networked schedule (IMS).

**We are mandatory in the office every Tuesday/Wednesday and more if needed (as required to meet customer deliverables), but minimum Tues/Wed.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college
- Experience in integrated program planning/scheduling
- Experience in problem resolution
- Experience in writing project plans and coordinating with individuals at various levels within the program/company.
Desired skills
- Excellent communication /interpersonal skills.
- Direct Program Scheduling experience including Critical Path Methodology (CPM) / network scheduling experience.
- Knowledge of AMMM/C-130 Manufacturing/Fabrication, and Engineering processes.
- Ability to teach others, showing the impact/value of the group's products / services.
- LEAN or Six Sigma training or certification.
- Project or Program Management experience.
- Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Proposal development experience
- Schedule Risk Assessment experience.
- Integrated Master Plan experience.
- Experience in leading/managing a team of people and use of team building skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office excel
- Flexibility in specific assignments and ability to adjust quickly as required.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $117,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
