Overview - Supports the execution of all processes and procedures related to inventory accuracy for the Logistics Center.
- Performs warehouse bin accuracy and maintains inventory shrink.
- Utilizes Warehouse Management System and various types of material handling equipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required - Investigates inventory discrepancies and takes appropriate corrective action to resolve.
- Investigates bin location variances and takes appropriate corrective action to resolve.
- Researches problem orders and receipts for the Logistics Center.
- Inputs data into warehouse management system, databases and reporting tools.
- Performs system entries to maintain inventory and bin accuracy to include: cycle counts, pick exceptions, bad box, lost bin, found bin, pick paths and bin maintenance.
- Collects, maintains and provides detailed statistics and reports on various performance measurements.
- Performs to quality standards in multiple functions.
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards.

Required Educational: Previous Experience (Years & Type): - Minimum of two years experience working with transaction-intensive warehouse management / inventory systems in a high volume facility.
Working Conditions: - Distribution center environment which includes exposure to work at varying heights; extreme temperatures; moderate and consistent noise levels, hot and dry or wet and/or humid conditions; and outside weather conditions.
- Ability to position oneself to meet physical demands of position.
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- Be knowledgeable of all safety practices relating to welding processes.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
