You will be responsible for answering any request for information on the Telephone Legal Assistance Lines in relation to Common and Civil Law matters. You will ensure the requests are treated promptly and that the answers are professional and correct in law.
We ensure that every caller in need of assistance is tended to by providing excellent service and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Helping others is our main mission here at Assistenza.
Preconditions Bilingual French and English (oral and written)
Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar and/or of another Canadian jurisdiction
Exceptional listening skills
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple competing priorities
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
React and work quickly and efficiently
Ability to work in a computer environment (basic knowledge of Windows and internet browsing)
Ability to multitask
