We are looking for a committed and patient-focused Occupational Therapist for Fee for Service in Nassau County to develop, recover or maintain the daily living and work skills of people with physical, mental or developmental conditions. Provide exceptional Occupational Therapy to patients by assessing and understanding care plans and create OT Home Care treatment plans alongside physicians or by prescription.
Documenting visits and updates on the patients care and progress
Supports company mission by providing the highest quality of home care.
OT License and Registration to practice in New York State
Any BILINGUAL skills are a PLUS!
MUST have at least 1-year experience as an Occupational therapist in home care- Medicare Part A experience
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
