Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Central Time)
About the Role:
As a Patient Services Representative II, you will be the face of our company, interacting with patients in a compassionate and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Prepare and process blood specimens for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient information and ensure accurate labeling of specimens.
• Maintain accurate and complete records.
• Adhere to strict quality control and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient service center environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
