As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, your role is to provide exceptional nursing care in adherence to our policies and procedures. You'll be equipped with the necessary training, support, tools, and equipment to deliver the highest quality of care. Our team of healthcare professionals and mentors will stand with you, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Your Responsibilities :
•Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life for our residents.
•Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support.
•Promptly responding to resident call lights.
•Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
•Adhering to infection control procedures.
•Documenting and charting your care for each resident.
