Representatives handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, using their knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist callers with their service-related appointments. As a call center representative, you'll speak with customers, listen to their needs, clarify information, and offer convenient schedules. This full-time position works 4 weekdays and Saturday. Starting wage $16 - $18 hourly dependent on experience

Responsibilities: - Wow customers with an unmatched level of customer service
- Handle all outbound phone appointments
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly
- Speak directly with customer to assist with all inquiries, issues and offer additional services
