Broad Function:Supervise or assist residents with personal care services, which include Self-Administered Medication Management, Activities of Daily Living and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living as identified in the Resident Service Plan and assigned by the Charge Nurse. Supervision includes reminding and/or observing residents while they perform activities.
