**The value youll bring to the team:**

+ Assists with safe and appropriate delegated patient care tasks which are directly supervised by a Registered Nurse.

+ Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members.

+ Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals. Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs.

+ May perform in a sitter role.

Qualifications

**The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:**

+ **_High School Diploma OR GED (Required within one year of hire)._**

+ **_Certified Nursing Assistant State Registered._**

+ BLS certification credentialed from the **American Heart Association (AHA)** must be obtained before start date.
