Are you passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for seniors in a unique residential setting? Join our team at Home Instead's Bismarck Residential Home, where you'll provide care in a dedicated, fully accessible four-bedroom home with no travel required!
Our mission is to offer quality care, companionship, and support to seniors in a homelike environment that includes a private yard, caregivers' breakroom, resident library, and daily fresh-baked bread. As part of a team dedicated to just 1 to 4 clients at a time, you'll help foster a sense of home and community, making every day meaningful.
Positions Available:

• Overnight Caregivers : Full-time or part-time, 12-hour shifts available.
• Day/Evening Caregivers : Full-time or part-time, 8 or 12-hour shifts available.

Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.
Pay and Benefits:

• Starting at $18, DOE
• Guaranteed 36 hours/week for full-time positions
• Paid training provided - no certification or licensing required
• Flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options

Qualifications:

• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation (valid ND driver's license)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with residents through companionship and conversation
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Support client mobility and provide standby assistance
• Lead and engage in daily activities based on an organized activity calendar
• Provide medication reminders and maintain a safe environment
