Job Type Full-timeDescriptionPosition Summary The Online Solutions Activation Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise and strategic support to enhance our online platforms and drive business growth. This role involves working closely with the business development team to implement effective strategies, optimize online solutions, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies. By combining technical expertise with strategic business development support, the Online Solutions Activation Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our online platforms.Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Platform Support and Optimization:Maintain and optimize online portal platforms to ensure high performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operation2. Business Development Collaboration:Partner with the business development team to understand strategic goals and support their implementation through online platforms.Contribute to the development and execution of business development initiatives by providing technical insights and solutions.3. Technical Support and User Assistance:Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and provide advanced support to users.Ensure timely and effective resolution of platform-related problems by the team.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes and support procedures.4. Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze user behavior, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Generate detailed reports on platform performance and business development metrics to inform strategic decisions.5. Integration and Customization: Integrate third-party tools, applications, to enhance platform functionality and user experience.Customize online solutions to align with specific business needs and development objectives.6. User Experience Enhancement:Work on improving the user experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design and conducting usability testing.Gather user feedback and make data-driven improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.7. Vendor and Partner Management:Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.Negotiate contracts and service agreements to support business development goals.8. Project Management:Lead and manage projects related to online platforms, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinate with cross-functional verticals, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure project alignment and success. RequirementsQualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in managing and optimizing online portal platforms.Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Experience with digital marketing, and UX/UI design.Experience with specific e-commerce platforms such as PageDNA, or OM preferred.Experience with an ERP system preferred.Familiarity with integration and customization preferred.Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Salary Description $45,000 - $55,000 per year
