Wage: $19 - $20/hr.
- PLUS, a $3,000 sign-on bonus
Hours: 3:45 pm - 1:45 am, Monday - Thursday

Duties of the p roduction w orker: - Operate equipment, including power tools and specialized instruments used in operations.
- Maintain effective communication with the team and management to ensure timely completion of work.
- Assist in the training of team members as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop area.
- Meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing problems as required.
- Ensure assembly parts meet quality standards.
Requirements of the p roduction w orker: - High school diploma or GED.
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Experience in rotational molding is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
