The Role What's the job? The CertainTeed facility in Plymouth, WI manufactures ceiling tiles and panels. We work hard together and celebrate an environment that is open, creative, and engaging.

- Compensation: Starting wage $20.60 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential for 3 rd shift
- Additional Bonus: Immediately eligible to participate in an additional quarterly bonus program
- Shift: Monday-Thursday 9:00pm-7:00am, with OT as scheduled on Sundays

Job Details: - Follow all safety rules and rules as established in employee handbook
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping as established by Relief Duty Sheets and identifies gaps and areas for improvement
- Responsible for rotating in the feeding, stacking, and offloading positions, maintaining rate as defined in the recipe
- Monitor the machine while the Machine Operators break, following the defined SOPs
- Set up production equipment following established equipment settings
- Maintain quality of product on production line by ensuring standards are being followed
- Continually monitor product, to detect and resolve issues utilizing Continuous Improvement tools
- Track and/or fill out metrics required to accurately close out production work orders
