Peoplelink Staffing is hiring for a hard working Warehouse Customer Service Rep. for a distribution center located in Riverside, MO 64150. As a Warehouse Customer Service Rep you audit and maintain records of inventory and product quality.
Warehouse Customer Service Rep. Shift:
- 1st shift- 6am-4:30pm
- Monday-Thursday
- $20/hr
Warehouse Customer Service Rep. Responsibilities: - Responds to inquiries and complaints concerning inaccuracies with customer shipments in a professional and speedy manner.
- Performs quality audits for outbound shipments.
- Takes record of audit findings.
- Produces stock reports, on-hand inventory counts, and assists with sales cut lists to confirm product availability.
- Records counts, item numbers, and quantities for donation and recon purpose.
- Provides daily checks for inbound overage items on the floor, searching for opportunities to ship items before expiration and to report overage to bakeries.
- Research and report item cuts, shortages, overages, and damages.
- Assist with closing and printing "End of Sales Day" reports.
- Emails reports to appropriate individuals.
- Communicate with Office Supervisor and other NFI Distribution team members as needed.
- Maintains damage item records
Warehouse Customer Service Rep. Qualifications: - Ability to use follow directions
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, walk, stand, bend, knee, scoop.
- Proficient computer skills
