We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team! The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues and a part of a full sales cycles. Bilingual abilities are a major plus for the role but are not necessary to apply.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Work with the customers closely to conduct sales presentations and process sales orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Conduct market research in surrounding office location areas
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
