Description of the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott - Niagara Falls. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of cleaning duties, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows
• Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are in pristine condition
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and provide a fresh and sanitized environment for guests
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns they may have
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy items
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment
