Our hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, managing a team of front office agents, coordinating guest services, and ensuring that all guest interactions are positive.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Manage a team of front office agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Coordinate guest services, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of hotel activities
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring that all guest interactions are positive
- Handle any escalated guest issues, ensuring that complaints are resolved quickly and effectively
- Train staff on hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed
