Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Description
Purpose: The HR Administrative Assistant will assist with the day-to-day efficient operations of the Human Resources department.
Job Duties (as needed):
- Perform data entry as needed in current HR systems
- Schedule interviews, update recruiting platforms daily, maintain department outlook calendars
- Assist with employment verifications as needed
- Make pre-start reminder calls to new hires as needed
- Respond to general employee questions/requests
- General office administration including filing and assisting with incoming calls
- Stocking and ordering supplies
- Process incoming mail and distribute to correct individuals
- Send out new welcome letters as needed
