A global consulting company specializing in optimizing payment processing and cost-saving strategies for retailers and merchants is looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join its team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role (3 days in office, with flexibility for occasional evening calls) offers the chance to support a high-performing HR team, working closely with business partners, recruiters, and the learning partner to streamline HR processes, improve employee experiences, and drive change in a company committed to excellence. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves detailed work, and is eager to be an agent of change in an impactful team.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 / year DOE
HR Coordinator Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of HR experience, with exposure to employee relations, onboarding, and project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with Lattice, Bamboo, or other HRIS systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse teams
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven, with an interest in HR analytics and continuous process improvement
  • Adaptable, with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Support recruiters and HR business partners with onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience initiatives
  • Coordinate performance reviews, promotions, and compliance processes to ensure smooth operations
  • Track employee transactions and support quarterly reporting for board meetings
  • Assist with immigration, visa processes, and compliance across jurisdictions
  • Oversee employee surveys, training logistics, and ongoing feedback on HR processes
  • Contribute to creating user-friendly, efficient HR processes and manage project-related tasks
  • Maintain high standards in HR documentation, compliance, and employee communication
