Working as a Virtual Contact Center Representative You Will:
- Perform efficient and elite inbound and outbounds calls.
- Set appointments, follow-up on appointments, and provide information to customers.
- Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control to ensure continuous achievement of individualized goals.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members.
- Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

Note: This position's starting pay rate is $11.00/hour, with per call commission starting at the 90-day mark. All applications, interviews, orientation, and training will be completed virtually.
Position Requirements - Excellent verbal communication skills
- Some automotive knowledge is preferred
- Ability to sit, work on a computer, and speak consistently for extended periods of time
- Must own and provide work equipment for work from home
