It is Ft. Recovery Industries' mission to seek out and develop team members with exceptional ability. We are currently seeking a Powder Coat Technician. Shift time is 6:30am-3pm. The ideal candidate will have prior powder coat experience.
What will you do as a Powder Coat Technician? This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In this position you will:

• Complete set ups following process sheets to ensure quality powder coat application
• Lead a team of powder coat associates ensuring associates are trained appropriately
• Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure it meets specifications
